Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

How to Cancel

To cancel an order, log in to your account and navigate to "My Orders". Select the order you want to cancel and click the "Cancel Order" button.

After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return as per our Refund Policy.

Partial Cancellations

We currently do not support partial order cancellations. If you wish to cancel part of an order, you will need to cancel the entire order and re-place a new one.
